Introducing Design Days

It’s simple, really. You tell us what you want, and we’ll spend the day designing it. We focus entirely on your priorities, whether that’s refining one key project or working through a curated list of smaller items. The day is shaped around your wish list, blending strategy, creativity, and refined design so every detail feels effortless, personal, and aligned with your vision. You’ll leave with work that’s polished, purposeful, and ready to elevate your brand.

Every design is elevated, rooted in strategy and timeless aesthetics — fast never means cutting corners. It’s all about you: your goals, feedback, and vision guide the day. By the end, a Design Day positions your brand with clarity, attracts the right clients, and creates a foundation for growth — leaving you with not just designs, but a fully bespoke experience.

Here are examples of what we can typically complete in one day:

Brand Identity

We can create beautiful, custom brand elements for you – such as colours, fonts, a mood board, and a brand logo – that reflect your values and vision. This is perfect for you if you’re a new business owner OR a more established business owner who wants to refresh your brand identity.

Basic Website Design

We’ll help you stand out online by creating a simple 2-3 page website or by updating a site you already have. After all, as your business grows, your website should evolve too. We can make it more user-friendly or simply add finer touches to take it to the next level.

Sales Page Design 

If you’re launching a new product, program, or service, you’ll need a place to sell it. In just one day, we can create a long-form Squarespace sales page for you that mimics the overall look and feel of your website – creating a powerful impression that prompts more purchases.

The “Extras” 

Maybe you’re set with all of the bigger design items (like your branding and website), but have a punch list of smaller projects you’d like to get through. Hand us your social media graphics, launch graphics, brochures, or other marketing materials and we’ll work through your priority list.

So, how does it all work?

It’s easy! Here’s how our design day process plays out:

Step 1: Get in Touch   

First, you’ll get in touch with us to let us know you’re interested. From there, we’ll schedule a 30-minute kick-off call to discuss your project and see if we’re a good fit. Once we know more about your design needs, we’ll provide an approximate timeline for your project (i.e. one day, two days, etc.). 

Step 2: Book Your Day 

If everything sounds great, you can go ahead and book us. (Note that we require a 50% deposit to secure your day on our calendar.) Please make sure to choose a day where you can make yourself available to provide quick input on our design work. The faster we can get your feedback, the more we can get done! 

Step 3: Pre-Day Prep 

Before your design day, we’ll aim to learn as much about you and your project as we can. We’ll have you complete a custom questionnaire and then we’ll plan out your priorities. This prep will allow us to hit the ground running on your design day. 

Step 4: Your Design Day  

When your day arrives, we’ll dive right into your project. Throughout the day, we’ll give you updates on where we’re at and will ask for your feedback. It’s a fun and highly collaborative process! At the end of the day, we’ll send you a link with your final files, and you’ll be good to go! 

Step 5: Post-Day Support  

Although you should have everything you need at the end of your design day, you can always reach out to us within 30 days with any questions on your project. If you’d like to book more time with us, you can also schedule another half day (available to previous clients only) or full day.
